Our candidates are very important to us. If we don’t have the best professionals to put forward to our clients then we don’t have a business. We appreciate the time and effort candidates put into composing their CV’s and applying for positions before they even get through to the rigours of interview. We understand how demoralising it can be when CV submissions are not acknowledged, phone calls are not returned or there is just a general lack of feedback from a recruitment consultant regarding applications and interviews. We believe it is vitally important that we not only take care of and do our best for the client we are representing but we also give our candidates the same care and attention, steering them, where necessary, through the recruitment process.
