Our services are bespoke to your business and are exceptionally flexible so that we can quickly deliver what you need at the most appropriate stage of your recruitment process.

Our Fee Structure

We do not have ‘flashy’ premises, lots of promotional ‘goodies’ or high overheads; we pass on these savings directly to our clients.

We have listened to the views of our clients who want to know from the outset what they will need to budget for recruitment.  We work, therefore, on a fixed fee basis rather than a percentage of appointee starting salary. This is agreed prior to commencing an assignment. There will be no additional extras or surprises along the way.

Whilst each recruitment solution is different, depending on how much help clients require, we will guarantee that our fees will be significantly lower than that of typical recruitment businesses. As a small business we positively differentiate not only on cost but also on responsiveness, quality and delivery.
